Dear lybrate-user, Drink plenty of hot water on a daily basis. Eat your food slowly by chewing it properly. Un digested, old, badly preserved, oily, heavy foods cause gas. Take hing goli; and anar churna few times to help. On weekend, take 40 ml castor oil to flush out the stomach with all gas. Do this every 15 days to give you lasting relief. Regards.
