There are 3 molars on each side of the mouth both in the upper and lower arch, which means 12 molars in total in the mouth. Is it the last molar or 2nd or 1st ?

Itching could also be due to gum problems. N poor oral. Hygiene. Brushin is commonly neglectes when person. Is under stress. You should visit a dentist soon.

Hello, itching on tooth could be because of wearing of enamel due to teeth biting. You need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Ask for a night guard. You need to relax. You can do hot fomentation near your ear. Take a warm water bath before you go to sleep. You can also listen to music while sleeping. This will calm you down.
