I am an obese person, with pear shaped body, I want to loose my weight, so kindly guide me whether climbing stairs will be helpful or waking / running will be helpful, if I wish to do it early .thanks in advance.

Try to combine different exercises for best results. Every day you should be doing 40-60 minutes of exercise to include walking, jogging and climbing stairs. Also you can do some Aerobics / Zumba / Abs crunches for better fitness. You can visit youtube for following different kinds of exercises. Do exercises regularly and enjoy the journey.
