Thanks for your query. The bad breath even after brushing can be because of the gum infection secondary to deposits over the teeth. The other possible cause can be decayed teeth which make the food debris to get accumulated and result in halitosis. So consult a dentist and get your teeth cleaned. If decayed teeth are there then get it filled.
