I do hookah not daily but one or twice in 2 months, just to hang out with friends, I just want to know what can I do so that the effect of hookah on my body will be less, apart from drinking water, I drink around 2-3 litres daily and I go gym daily.

Hi Lybrate user as you know addiction harms you but there is also high risk of getting infected when we share addiction in group, as in State of addiction we are not aware of it. So always remember health is wealth. Always be happier and healthier.
