Sir I want to know about vegetable oil .is it safe to use dhhara oil .dalda oil. Is there any harmful effects.

Its always good to use oil within the limit for one's body type. Also the type of oil to be chosen depends on whether you want to loose or gain weight. As per your body statistics I think you need to gain weight. If so, its better to use home made ghee or pure ghee for your food. Also the oil that you mentioned is ok. But avoid deep fried food in that oil. Double refined oil can be used in such cases.
