Reducing weight requires a combination of nutritious diet and regular exercise. Cut out sweets maida, junk food like burgers and pizzas. Include home cooked meal at all times. Have early dinner at about 7 PM and drink warm water before your go to sleep. Eat small multiple meals a day. For exercise I suggest 3 days walking and 3 days strength training.
