Dear sir/madam I am 46 years old unmarried guy desperate to marry but cannot due to circumstances. I experience lot of heat in my body, burning in eyes. I get sweat on palms, feet. I have ocd (hand washing) I do not like applying hair oil to my scalp. I hate the oily feeling if applied.
