My age is 20 years my body is in proportion but my stomach is protruding my stomach is pot shaped I am not fat my weight is 58 kg? Please help what's wrong with me?

Abdominal fat is a result of inappropriate eating habits, life style and no exercise. Include some raw salad, sprouts, fruits and seeds in your diet. And aim for at least 150 min of exercise in a week. Also focus on your posture while walking and sitting. Best wishes .
