Hi respective doctors. As I am pridibatic but my question is how much grams of sugar and carbohydrate can I eat in a day. Which type of sweetness and carbohydrate is healthy for me. What should I eat to put my weight back as I lost 20 pounds in a month. please suggest. Thank you.
