I have busy work and could not exercise I grew lot of weight in 3 months not in 90 kgs. please help me to loose weight.

Hello Weight loss will happen with a healthy balanced diet. Need to follow 5 to 6 small and frequent meals pattern Avoid long gaps in-between your meals Avoid junk food. Packet. Preserved. Processed n fried food Exercise/walk daily for 30 min Incorporate more of complex carbohydrates. Lean protein.
