I am washing my hand with dettol hand wash liquid by mistake a drop of liquid gone into my eyes so immediately with plenty of water I cleaned my eyes there is any problem for my eye further.

No, it does not look like. If there is any irritation, itching, discomfort, redness or any watering or discharge from the eye then you can consult a doctor nearby. I would advice to just take a bowl of water and add a pinch of turmeric powder to it. Keep it in the fridge for 15 mins and splash your eyes with that water. If there is any impurity it will be taken care of, as turmeric has anti-bacterial properties.
