I'm facing so much problem because of over weight. From two years I have become so fat. How to burn my fat and how to loose weight? Is there diets or any precautions should I take please help me.

In short you should avoid diet rich in carbohydrate and fat ... Take diet high in protein ,vitamin ,minerals and high fibers. Do Regular exercises ,cycling ,jogging and swimming to burn extra fate and calories .
