I routinely carry out blood test, lung function test and PT/INR test. I maintain Low BP (130/70). Yesterday, I had been to test PT/INR. Before the test was taken, I had a blackout momentarily. Upon checking the BP it was found to be 138/60. The test result of PT/INR was almost normal (1.28). I never had black out before. Please advise the cause of Blackout and remedial measures.

It could be due to lack of water or stress or staying hungry. Please take Nimbu Paani twice a day + Normal water. One glass every hour. Nothing to be afraid of. Just relax its okay.

Dear A momentary blackout can be due to fatigue. You reports are within normal limits. Better if you ignore this One off incidence. If it happens again, then you may have to undertake additional investigations to determine where the reason of black out arises. This is assuming you have no other comlications (none reported by you) regards.
