Hi, you can increase your protein intake. Include lot of protein shakes, tofu, mushrooms, nutrela nuggets, chicken and other protein rich foods in your diet.

Taking heavy meal will not help but take small meal at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. take enough proteins and carbs in your diet. avoid outside food or junk.
