I'm 22 male preparing for police job, may weight is 69kg ang height is 170cm, i'm over weight by 9 kgs so how to reduce it without harm? any special yoga or exercises? Can you please suggest proper diet?

Hi for weight loss diet and exercise both play equally important role. Try and modify your diet to increasing high fibre foods and high protein foods, reducing refined carbohydrates and fried foods. Daily do a brisk walk kindly consult privately for a detailed diet plan. Thanks.
