Its a very simple thing. From it name you know that what is it. You have less iron. Its important to know why? -You r taking less iron (iron rich food) -Your body is not able to absorb it (Check if you have worm infection or mal-absorption disease) -You have lost blood like during mens or in an accident etc. You should always prefer iron rich food--- Mostly meat and fish. They are very rich in iron. Take chickpea, spinach.

Take Spinach, beet root, tomato, pomegranate, apple, dates, soybean,egg, whole grain atta, honey, nuts, raisins, for medicine contact on private chat with hb level and other tests results good luck.
