I want to reduce my stomach size I have tried a lot of healthy food stuffs for controlling but it's not reducing need some suggestions.

Exercise is the only way to reduce weight. Stitching exercises will help to reduce abdominal fat. Do yoga and walking. Avoid sitting for long time at one place.

Do jogging for 1 hr daily. Take a diet rich in fibrous fruits and vitamin c. Take raw vegetables. Take warm water frequently in morning must be taken. Check health tips in my profile here a 7 days procedure granteed you feel light.
