You can have it till 8 months as our guidelines and researches say provided your wife has no high risk factors like history of bleeding. I personally do not recommend any sexual activity after 6 months.

Your developing baby is protected by the amniotic fluid in your uterus, as well as the strong muscles of the uterus itself. Sexual activity won't affect your baby. So it is completely safe to sex during pregnancy.
