My baby 6 month old just one week back we shifted yo cereals today we have given him boiled apple little banana and he vomited today after 5 hours now just given mom milk that also get vomited.

Give 1 item in a day once only in liquid semi solid form in small quantity to develop taste n practice to swallow. Gradually baby shall learn. Continue breastfeeding.

Introduce food items in a very gradual way. Not to worry. Introduce formula milk (cereals) once or twice a day. You can slowly keep upgrading every month. Keep feeding mothers milk for some more time.

If you bottle feed him you have to stop bottle and feed breast milk and no problem in giving boiled apple or fresh one . Vomiting can be due to a disease and may need to check up . Burp him well after every feed
