I am 5 feet 5 inches as mentioned inmy column of basic information about myself. I am 18 years of Age and will be turning 19 this very December. I have a fear that I will not be able to grow in terms of height. My family members are all tall and I am not, which kind of gives me an inferiority feeling for self. I would do anything it takes to grow.

Generally, one's height is determined by the genes they inherit from the parents. 1. There is also no quick fix for the same. While, taking proper nutrition and increasing the intake of calcium rich foods can help in height growth. 2. Regular exercises, stretching regimes and maintaining the right posture can help as well. It is advisable to walk as tall as you possible as correct posture promote height growth. You can also take ashwagandha powder (2-2 tsp) twice a day and lakshadi guggul (1-1 tabs) twice a day with warm water.
