this problem may be due to dryness of your skin, apply coconut oil after shower,use warm water to bath, apply vaseline before going to sleep, take cows ghee regularly.

Shower with cold water or luke warm water. Avoid bore well water and hot water baths. After the shower pat dry your skin and apply moisturizing lotions like Physiogel AI lotion while there is still some amount of moisture is there on your body. This will solve your problem
