How to wake up early in the morning like 8 am. I wake up 12 pm even 1: 30 pm I don't know why but I sleep 2 am. I want to sleep 11 pm but I can't sleep. Please help.

It's just because of habits. to build a new habit you need at least one or two weeks and sometimes may be a month. Try to go to bed at the same time keeping in mind that you get at least 8 hours of sleep. I can see you sleep for aboit 10 to 11 hours a day. so try sleeping at 10pm everyday. once your sleep pattern is normalised, you will gradually start feeling relaxed in 8 to 9 hours of sleep. Mobiles or laptop or tv must be avoided at least 2 hours prior to your bed time. finish your dinner and shut down the electronics. do some reading or meditation. Sleep in a dark and quiet room with comfortable temperature. Good luck.
