I am 45 years old working in sales ans Marketing, I am suffering from sugar. May it is 230 to 240 avg. Second my back pain is started from almost one month. For sugar taking glycolate gp2 half daily before meals. And back pain nothing Pl suggest.

Ideally well controlled diabetes should have fasting closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg, HbA1c%<6.8. So it is clear that present treatment is inadequate, needs to be upgraded. Plus looking at your weight and height, you are overweight with a BMI of 28.62 kgs/M2 (normal <23 kgs). Your ideal body weight should be about 57 kgs. Therefore, weight reduction will definitely help in better blood glucose control. As regards back ache, weight reduction and some specific exercises will help in overcoming that. Thanks.
