I had continuous one month fried chicken for lunch. Then now a days I have getting red blood in my stool. I am afraid of that. Is that any problem?

You should wait and watch.If it is not a frank blood it will stop itself. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach.

hi yes u might have got anal fissure take vegetables green leafy particularly and also plenty of fluids and high fibre diet avoid non veg and avoid constipation. .If u have ..then take syrup lactulose 31st thrice a day
