I have viral conjunctivitis for 4 days. I am using antibiotics drops. Except it what should I take?

conjunctivitis takes a week to 10 days to go and if its viral it can take a little long to go. antibiotics is the only solution for it rest other drops u can use for reducing ur symptoms to some extent like refresh tears for soothing sensation and mezol eye drops for reducing the redness.
