Within 10-15 minutes of doing any type of activity that requires "energy" I end up sweating profusely and overheat. I will get headaches. During warm days, just being in temperatures more than 70 degrees cause me to sweat and get headaches. Due to this, I am forced to stay in indoors. If I go to crowd place, functions and especially go under sun for 5 mins also I will get headache for sure. It goes after deep sleep of 4 to 5 hrs. I am wearing specs. My head gets overheated. Is der any solution for it? I do not take any medicines for any health related issues.
