I am taking treatments for lichen planus pigments from past 10 months. Still not cured. Sometimes it looks very dark and sometimes light. It is only over my face n neck.

Hi! Lichen planus pigmentosus is a very stubborn condition and the darkening it leaves behind is equally stubborn. Rule out a thyroid problem. You could use melaglow cream or kojivit gel one pea size drop for affected area at night for 2 months. Please use sunscreen like Sunban or photostable 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2-3 hours. Strict sun protection is of utmost importance in preventing further pigmentation.
