I.am 26 year old female. I do not take any fatty diet. I used to drink water too much in a day. As I also use to keep walking for 45 min at least as well as I.do not have thyroid problem also. But my weight is increasing day by day. And the problem is belly fat. So. What should I do to reduce my belly fat. Some exercise I can't do as I have a disc displacement in my spinal cord.
