Some months ago I had operation of piles and now I am totally fine.
But I am quite thin I want to be fit for that my friend suggested me to eat moong matki masoor having sprouts in breakfast. Eating this stuff can cause piles again?
And if yes it causes harm then what should I eat which will help me become healthy and will not cause harm to my anus. I mean it should not be harmful in anyway please suggest me something good because I don't want that piles problem again.
