For improved stamina, 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large meals only. Have balanced meals comprising of whole grains (atta/brown rice/dalia/suji/oats/quinoa/barley/millets), whole legumes (sprouts/rajma/soyabean), fruits, vegetables, salads, dairy (milk/curd/channa), egg/fish/chicken. In between main meals have healthy snacks like coconut water, whole fruits, dal chila, dhokla, khandvi, nuts & seeds, steamed momos, soup, stew, makhana, roasted chana. 2. Keep yourself well hydrated- 2-3 litres water intake /day 3. Avoid junk, processed, preserved, fried, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol, smoking. 4. Exercise regularly & be active-take stairs & walk/cycle as much as possible. 5. Try sleeping & waking up early. Have a regular sound sleep 6. Have a positive approach towards life.
