I am 26 year male. My bp ranges between 145/78 to 133/75. I heard high systolic is not a danger as far as dystolic is within range. I follow a healthy lifestyle and I do not want to get into medication so early.

Always check BP after 10 min rest, decrease salt intake.
It's good that you are cautious and don't want medicines. But you can take homeopathic medicines which are completely harmless and doesn't required to take lifelong. Like you can think of Tonicard from SBL.
Dear user, that's an old concept. Modern medicine treats both SBP/DBP with equal importance. At your level of bp I will advise you to follow strict lifestyle measures including healthy diet, regular exercise, maintain stress free life, avoid smoking and good sleeping habits.

Hello lybrate-user, try meditative relaxation techniques like anapanisati where you concentrate on observing your breath. This deep relaxation method can control your BP. Coconut water, pomegranate juice, wheat-grass juice all are powerful foods that will help keep BP healthy. Make sure you do Yogasana as the stretching stimulated proper circulation and blood vessel health which is vital in good BP health. Reduce or cut down on outside foods, packaged foods and old foods. Sleep well and stay positive. Best wishes for Diwali.
