Diagnosed in echo test grade 1 mitral regurgitation and grade 1-2 tricuspid regurgitation. What does this mean? And how serious is this?

As per the report mentioned by you, it means there is a mild back flow at the level of both these valves. It is found in nearly 60-70 % of patients and is not serious. You can get annual Echo screening done as a follow up.
