Well for blood pressure the only recommendation is less salt in the diet. Please avoid invisible sources of salt in our diet like - pickles, chutneys, ketchups, sauces and packed food items which contain salt as preservatives. Lot of patients say they are taking less salt- but without avoiding such food items - no one can have less salt !!!
