I am diabetic type 1 with recent HB1ac at 6, I also have high BP but now under control with exercise and medication. Currently I am taking novorapid and Lantus along with Istamet 1000. My foreskin is not pushing down and upon checking the internet it seems like phimosis. What is the remedy? Do I need to get a circumcision or the skin can be loosened as normal with medication. Please advice.

Yes surgery is the only cure. Because you have diabetes circumcision very important
