We have to check your thyroid and steroid level. In the mean time you can start palak soup daily which is very cheap. Grains minimum. 10 to 15 almonds and 200 ml of chach daily. Don't take juice but all local and seasonal fruits. Avoid out side snack food soft drinks etc. Walking is the best exercise.
