I used to run and workout early in the morning with empty stomach, even without a cup of tea. I drink water only after I am dry. Is this the best way or should I change this?

u drink 1 glass of water before go for running .... N after returning take tea n biscuits n after 1/2 n hr take brkfst

If you are not facing any problem on exercising empty stomach (provided exercise regimen is not very intensive & long), then you can just drink 1-2 glass water/coconut water- 1 glass & continue. Whole fruits are also a good option before exercising. Tea should be avoided empty stomach.
