My daily schedule of sleep is all disturbed. I sleep @4-5 Am and wake up 11-12 am I forget things frequently. What should I do to make it normal.

Do lots of exercise in the day time minimum 40 mins, right time eating of food, and late night sleep is dangerous and avoid using phone in the night.

Try to make blance between you work and life. Sleep early by 11 pm and wake up by 7 am try to do this after few weeks you will be back to normal .don't sleep in day time.
