I am having diabetes from 2006. I am regularly taking medicines as prescribed by me endocrinologist. I check my hba1c every 3 months and it remains in the range between 6.2 to 6.8, I want to reduce my medicines. What should I do ? - as an excercise. - duration of walking - spacing of meals - any foods to avoid - any foods which can safely eaten thanks and regards
