Pain in the left arm may be indication of so many causes like cardiac, cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder. Neuralgia, etc merely taking pain killers is like alcohol which makes you insensitive to the suffering despite the suffering being there. Moreover brufen is a banned product in many countries. Consult a endocrinologist and do the needful.

lybrate-user, Pain in left arm may be related to heart. Usually anginal pain is observed to be radiating from left shoulder, back to shoulder blade, down the left arm on inner side up to the little finger. It may also be felt in front part of neck. But all pains arising in left arm need not be related to heart. If the pain persists please get an ECG done, to rule out any possibility of heart related problem. Sometimes in diabetes there may be a problem of frozen shoulder which can cause pain in the arm as well as shoulder. So do consult your local doctor. Also maintain a tight blood glucose control Thanks.
