I have done gym for 3 years and now since 2 years I am very irregular and hence I have put on lot of fat portion in tummy area. Please show me some diet or way to reduce it. M 27 years old having my own business.

You can also try having green tea at night mixed with honey and lemon on a regular basis for that. It will take time to show results but it sure helps.
