Hi lybrate-user, this is is a case of thyroid dysfunction. Have you taken any medication for the same? If you can avoid thyroid antagonisers in food like soya, jowar,bajra, cabbage, cauliflower,broccoli, mono sodium glutamate that's Chinese salt n so all Chinese food n a lot of processed foods too have it ; so it would be safer if you can read labels of processed foods and avoid it too .do get in touch with your lab reports for a private consult so I can help you select food in a wholisitic way
