I suffer from light sugar and sometimes BP. Feeling sleepy after heavy intake of food. otherwise I am O K no other major problem.

1.Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 45 minutes daily 2.Reduce weight if overweight 3.Restrict intake of salt,sugar,carbohydrate,cholesterol rich diet 4.Avoid smoking,drinking,Stress,anxiety 5.Practice yoga,meditation,deep breathing exercise 6.Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily 7.monitor your NO every month and blood sugar 3 monthly and consult doctor
