I have pain in legs after taking bath in cold water. Sometimes in hot too. What is its cause? what should I do?

Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear, could you please describe your pain is it a dull aching pain or a sharp shooting pain? is it also associated with pale and cool skin of your feet followed by increased redness and warm feet? do you also have such problems in your hands? when else do you get pain in your legs is there any swelling? you have shiny skin on your feet and legs with absent or decrease hair? what relieve the pain? also kindly mention if you have any medical or surgical history, your age, height, weight any allergies? pain in hands and legs after exposure to cold could be as a result of raynauds phenomenon.
