Hi Doctor, I am a working woman and I work in shifts for an MNC. And I want to reduce my weight from 83 to ideal weight for a height of 5'3. I am not a junk food lover. I have my meal normally. I am lazy person. I use to do yoga but will not do it regularly. I want to decrease my post pregnancy weight and come to ideal. Please suggest me some plans to reduce.

hello..only from taking nutritive diet you cant reduce your body weight...do regularly cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking.. drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. maximum intake of water and green tea.. avoid sugar and fatty food.. dinner it should be light maximum till 8pm.. whenever you feel you free then walk.. avoid your laziness for reducing fat from your body..
