Hello doctors am 23 years I feel I need to sleep well but when I try to sleep I can not I keep trying but I end up sleeping only 5 or 6 hrs I can not sleep more then that I try but nothing and am still tired. What should I do?

Do not sleep in the afternoon. Use your bed only for sleeping and not for other activities like eating, studying or doing office work. Stick to your routine time of sleep. Do not watch television at times of sleep. Keep your mobile switched off or on silent mode during time of sleep. If you like reading books, please read books before going to bed. This will tire your eyes and they will close leading to sleep. Try to sleep early, so that you have longer hours of sleep. Do not go to sleep at night immediately after having a meal. Include sleep inducing foods like milk and milk products at meals.
