Do not worry, its normal one to get fat after delivery due to hormonal changes in body. Do not take any medicines without doctors advice because it will affect to your baby if feeding is going on.

It is six months since your delivery. You can start working on your weight reduction now. You need not go on crash diet however you can cut down on Oils/Ghee/Sweets/Junk/Salts/Namkeen etc. Breastfeeding requires just additional 300 calories apart from your regular diet. You can focus on better nutrition with more fruits, salads, proteins. Drink more water. Take 10-15 almonds everyday. You don't have to overeat to feed your baby. Your baby will get full nutrition just through your normal diet now. Go for daily walks or you can start a Yoga program. Minimum 30 mins daily. This is the right time to begin your fitness and reduction program. Slowly and steadily work on it and you will be able to reduce. For personalized program you can consult me privately. All the best.
