My maternal uncle's daughter (mother's brother's daughter) loves me very much. I like her but I fear that any medical problem may come if relatives get married. There is a myth that there will be a problem with the kid. Is this just a myth or any proven scenario is there, If so Is there any tests that we can undergo to make sure no issues will come. Thanks in advance.

Actually there is no problem in this type of relation. Marrying to maternal uncle's daughter is custom followed by many communities. Problem occurs if the people within a community keep on marrying in blood relations.
