MRI report (Can you explain me plz) There is partial socialisation of L5 L3-L4 Level reveals large left posterior disk extrusion with superior migration causing compression on left-sided traversing L4 nerve root. Left forminal encroachment is also noted causing compression of the left sided exiting L3 nerve root. L4-5 level reveals diffuse posterior disc bulge causing bilateral forminal encroachment with mild compression of the exiting L4 nerve rots. Screening T1W and STIR corona images of hip joints do not reveal any significant abnormality.
