I had chikungunya, as mentioned by the doctor I visited with my blood reports. He said that I might have dengue, got tested for that. Now I'm fine, there are no rashes on my body. However, on the back of my ear, the bone has grown or swollen. Plus, my head spins if I walk a little more. Is it because of chikungunya or something else?

Swelling at the back of ear can be due to inflammation of middle ear or mastoid .it can also be due to enlarged lymphnodes. It can happen after viral infection ,or due to bacterial infection following a viral infection. Please do not worry. If there is pain see an ENT spl or a general physician for a course of antibiotics. Giddiness can be related or unrelated to swelling. Drink plenty of water to avoid giddiness and weakness.
